Reservation Policy

Reservations are secured with advance payment of 20% of the total cost of stay.

Up to 45 days prior to arrival date, it is required to proceed with a deposit of 30% of the remaining cost of stay.

*for reservations made 45-0 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of stay is required

Cancellation/ Amendment Policy

Should you need to cancel or alter your booking after confirmation, we inform you that, depending on the date of the cancellation or alteration, we are entitled to the following fees of the holiday cost:

Cancellations made 45-31 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a 300€ cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the minimun reservation duration (3 nights).

In the event of a booking alteration, in terms of reduction in the number of nights booked, 45-0 days before arrival, the amendment fee equals 50% of the cost of the total number of nights canceled.

No-show up Policy

In case of No-Show, 100 per cent of the entire stay will be charged.

** In case the deposit amount is less than the cancellation fee, no refund will be made.

*** All transaction costs are borne by the client.
